We never thought we would actually get a pool and here we are with a beautiful backyard oasis! Building a pool is messy and overwhelming at times, but the crews did a great job making it all come together. Diane is amazing and keeps things moving right along. Todd’s design was beautiful while Terry & Reed made it a reality. Pepe takes irrigation to a whole new level & Greg handles the equipment & explains how it all works & how to keep the magic going when it’s all done. All in all, super happy with the results!

An excellent experience. We previously did not have a pool so the thought of it was quite daunting. Through the entire process with Todd from sales, Terry and Diane during the project, and Greg with startup and care, they guided through what would be happening and why. Even we had concerns about areas of the project and needed to make choices they were very helpful with their experience to guide our path. Through the entire project they were extremely responsive and respectful of our opinion. I would highly suggest this family owned business!

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Joy Pool and how they went above and beyond to make things right. While every project may encounter some hiccups, it's how a company handles those issues that truly defines their commitment to customer satisfaction. What really stood out to me was their willingness to take responsibility for any mistakes or issues that arose. They acknowledged when something didn't go as planned, and they worked tirelessly to rectify the situation. Their commitment to making things right was evident in every interaction.

This was my 3rd pool build, but first with Joy, and 1st post pandemic. As I had done the prior 2 times, I worked with several builders for bids and designs before making my decision. One of my prior builders never responded and the other didn't work in my new neighborhood, so this go I worked with two new companies for the bids. Joy's designer, Todd Ashmore was very responsive and listened to my questions and concerns always providing solutions that met my needs. Having done this a few times before, I knew what I liked and didn't like that prior sales people had sold me...

Joy Pool is an absolute JOY to work with. From beginning to end, our remodel project has been without flaw. The sales/ designer, project managers, craftsmen and pool maintenance expert have all been honest, accessible, on time, hard working and completely trustworthy. Their work is flawless and beyond what we hoped for when we started the project. They knew exactly what we were looking for and have completely delivered it. We recently finished building our pool with Joy and I must say it was a pleasant experience. There were zero hiccups. I had contact information for every single person or contractor along the way. Always had a response with any questions and in a timely manner. They are wonderful people to work with. They do everything by the books which I appreciate. They built my parents first pool back in the mid 90’s and I’m 42 now and used them for our pool….. tells you a lot right there! Love them and would highly recommend them to anyone!
